The Website offers services wherien it enables users to purchase original merchandise such as desktops, laptops, all-in-ones, printers, scanners, accessories and networking products.
The information about the products published on the Website are provided by the website on the basis of the information received from the product manufacturers. The website makes no representations or warranties of any kind, as to the operation of the site, the information, content, materials or products, included in the site. The Website will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site or any of the products offered. The Website only facilitates the sale of products between the Vendor and the Buyer and does not directly or indirectly sell or retail any products.
The Website disclaims all warranties on the product as mentioned by the manufacturer. The User shall specifically agree that the Website shall not responsible for unauthorized access to alteration of user's transmission or data, or any transaction entered into through the Website. The user guarantees, warrants and certifies that you are the owner of the content which you submit or otherwise authorized to do so. The company endeavors to ensure that all the information on the website is correct, but the Website cannot warrant the quality, accuracy or completeness of any data, information, product or service.

Your Account and Registration
If you use the website, you shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your User ID and password. We have the right to indefinitely suspend or terminate your account of membership and also refuse to provide access to the Website, if found that the information provided is inaccurate, not current or incomplete.
Cancellation and Refunds
In case of damage caused to the product during shipping the company will make arrangements to replace the damaged product. However it is incumbent upon the customer to bring the damage to the notice of the shipping carrier at the time of delivery. Please note that the replacement is dependent on the report submitted by the shipping carrier, and the nature of the damage. Hence kindly check the product at the time of delivery and if unsatisfied make a complaint to the delivery person and also inform the Website's Customer Care immediately so that the necessary steps may be taken.
Customers seeking replacement must inform the company within seven days of receiving the product. Complaints received after such time will not be entertained.
The Website will refund full payment if the customer has paid for the product that has been listed in the website, but which are out of stock. In these cases, the Customer Care Service Team will send an e – mail to the customer and on obtaining his consent, will initiate the refund process.There may be a situation where a customer has ordered several products, and one or more of these products are not in stock. In such cases, the customer will be refunded the cost of the product not available.
The refunds will be made through the payment gateway for all products that are ordered through the Credit/Debit card/ Net Banking. These payments will be routed back through the customer's credit card company, and are credited to the customer's account.
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placiong an order. However the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to vendor/ merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping the product.
In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the Website or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our Customer Care within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer care after looking into your complaint will take appropriate action.
In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
